Sunrise Marina Residence is one of three sister projects located on the same plot of land in the bay area just to the south of Varna and marketed under one as Varna South Bay. It is the last stage of the Varna South Bay projects and is similar in size to Park and Beach and will consist of approximately 20,000 square meters/221 units all with terraces and almost all with seaviews.
Design and architecture are entirely identical to the two sister projects and is scheduled for completion in 2022. The Sunrise Marina Residence is easy accessible by road and less than 20 minutes from Varna International Airport. It will be constructed on a slightly elevated area overlooking the beach with serene sea view from the resort and the majority of the apartments. A ferry shuttle service will connect Sunrise Marina Residence to the city centre (less than a kilometre as the crow flies).
